ANALYZE

BUILD
Our Build stage is the cornerstone of your project. In this stage, DFC will ensure that the key features and processes planned in the Analyze stage will be effectively implemented and executed. Essential Build processes include creating a backlog, roadmap, modifications to User Stories and User Testing if needed, and Training Plans to ensure our plans meet your success criteria.

The Deliver stage is where your project really comes to life. In this stage, DFC will help define your security and visability model, clean and import your data, create a system backup and demo the finished product.
